Manila Candle is now shipping to Canada!

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes, duties, and custom fees imposed by your country of residence.

Manila Candle is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Manila Candle to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

If package is returned to us due to neglecting to pick up packages, Manila Candle will not issue a refund for shipping.

Should Manila Candle receive any invoice for any duties or fees from the shipping company and/or custom agencies, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to be paid immediately.

Package(s) can take up to 8 weeks, or more, to deliver package. We have no control over the length of the shipping.

Also, we don't have any control over how much shipping costs. It can, and it will, be expensive shipping outside the United States.
